After some time The Grand Opening little by little turned into the Birthday Party of the Author, which was organized in the Grill House of the Hotel, where drinks and grilled fish & meat were cooked and served by Dmitry Dikman. Thanks to the cooking talant of Dmitry guests also were able to enjoy the "basma" - lamb, vegetables, spices, potato, mixed and stewed in the cauldron.
